In Game Coaching

What do you guys think about an in game coach? Someone that specifically spectates to just your team with private chat / team chat filters. (maybe enable a microphone too....)

While we play the game, someone can help produce good morale behaviors and give us tips and guidance towards victory.

They of course have to be qualified...

Some sort of high rank / skilled player No violations / Probations

They can also have certain permissions, like maybe additional pings, reports for abusive players... etc

Then they can be rewarded with IP, RP, skins or whatever in replacement of not participating...(also won't affect their placements)

I think overall, this can motivate people to try hard in rank and take the game serious.
