New Champion

I vote that Riot lets Helmet Bro join the fight. I added a link to Helmet Bro's Champion Lore. I really like the portrayal of his lore here. The way they do it is quite exquisite. Anyone have any thoughts to add? If you agree put a message with a "1" in it. Let's see how many people agree!! :D I think he would be awesome to put as a good jungle/top champion kit.
