Throughout the series of diverse champions that Riot has created and added to the League of Legends there are surprisingly not many champions dedicated to buffing their allies or debuffing their opponents. Sona Nami are the only champions that can actually BUFF someone in manner that isn't a shield or a heal or something simple like a move-speed increase. On the other end, debuffing is also just as unexplored. Unless you count stuns and slows as a debuff (i think this falls under Crowd Control) then not a lot of champions have debuffing effects except maybe armor shred like on Sion. This champion is meant to fill that gap and debuff enemy champions.

Lore- Throughout the conflict that has waged between Noxus and Demacia several invasions have been made. So often in fact that local cartographers usually don't even bother drawing the line between the two nations and instead display important structures and landscapes for navigation. On one of these invasions a battle was fought between the two nations and spread to a nearby town. As the battle continued a fire broke out, soon engulfing several taverns and houses. One of these houses belonged to Linus, or at least, to his parents. He was just a baby at the time. A demacian general happend across his home, set ablaze, and heard the baby's cries emanating from inside. Without anyone nearby to help he took it upon himself to step foot in the burning home and rescue the child. The fires were strong but the baby's cries were even stronger and the demacian general knew that he had to save this helpless child. The general was able to find the child, and made it out just in time before the home collapsed in on itself. No sign of this parents were discovered, and the general decided to care for the child himself, as an adopted son.

Raising Linus up, the general tried his best to instill the values and rules that he himself followed. Pride, honor, dignity, generosity, but no matter how hard Linus tried to follow his new father's words, his nature got the better of him, and he would soon be caught in some form of mischief or another to the disgrace of his father. Caught skipping class one time, got into a brawl with two of his classmates another time, found pestering the guards again, there was always something happening in Linus's daily life that added to the many gray hairs of his adopted father. No matter how hard he pleaded with his father, no matter how much he explained how he was insulted, ignored, and bullied at school because of his foreign descent and how he only struck out in defense of himself, his father would have no hearing of it, and would immediately punish Linus for his actions.

Eventually Linus had had enough. It wasn't the boys at school that made him leave. It wasn't the neighbors whispering about him behind his back, but the demacian general himself. Linus eventually grew to belief that the general didn't want him after-all, and instead he wanted another Demacian son. Just like the others his father couldn't except him for who he was.

Linus left to join the League of Legends on behalf of Demacia to prove that as much as he may not ACT like a demacian, he is still a demacian at heart and can defend his honor.

Characteristics of Linus. Small, human, child. Ranged (weapon = slingshot). temperament = Childish, taunting, troublemaker/prankster attitude. Intended roles = Support, maybe jungle

Passive - Pesky Little Nuisance

Every 10 seconds, Linus's next auto attack taunts the target for 1 second. Linus gets bonus movespeed while running from targets that he has taunted.

Q - Corrosive Capsule. Linus loads a self made capsule full of corrosive acid into his slingshot and lobs it at his enemy. It impacts on the first target it hits, covering its initial target in acid and splashing onto nearby targets behind it in a cone (like a graves ult, but smaller). The first target struck has their armor reduced by 5/10/15/20/25 percent for 2 seconds. Targets hit by the splash zone have their armor reduced by half this amount.

W - Caltrops Linus can drop a tight grouping of caltrops close to himself or a wideload of caltrops from range. Targets that step on a caltrop are slowed by 2/4/6/8/10 percent for 3 seconds. This slow is doubled if the target steps on two caltrops instead of just one. Targets that step on caltrops have grevious wounds applied to them for five seconds. The slow duration and the grevious wounds duration is refreshed every time they step on a caltrop

...Thats all i got for now...ideas?
