[Skin Idea] Sorcerer Supreme Zilean

Extremely based on Dr Strange (Marvel) , but zilean could be an older version of Dr Steven Stange. To still make him look simular to zilean the clock on his back needs to be there. but instead of a clock, in zilean spawn animation a magic circle appears in front of him and moves through him to stay behind him. When zilean dies, the circle breaks and a voice line could go:"Finally , I am cured." to state that he could die and is cured of chrono-displasia.

Zilean Q: he throws some sort of orb that stays on the enemy/ground with a magical circle that depletes. when time is out and bomb explodes instead of an explosion there is some sort of reality shattering effect.

Zilean W: A magic circle appears on top of zilean, zo show that he used it W. not much special there.

Zilean E: When used on an ally a green-ish circle appears under the champion and leaves behind small green magic circles that decay (to represent speed boost steps that they walked on) Same for enemies but then red-ish.

Zilean Ult: When used on himself he has a magical aura around his arms to show that he has ult on him. When used on someone else like normal but with different particle effects.

Zilean Passive: he circles his hands to open a portal in front of him to give the exp. (the channeling of Zilean passive is quite long that's why he will be circling his hands for some time) and to see what teamm8 he's giving exp too. some particles of a starting to open portal appear near the champion with a beam of similar colored particles going towards zilean. (to most accurately represent current passive animation)

some fun voice lines could be : "Don't call me ancient, she's my teacher." When taunting a champion with less ap than him "I see you prefer fighting in the Physical realm." normal taunt: "Enemy, I've come to bargain."
