OW Hero ---> LoL Champion concept: Reinhardt ( Tank / Fighter )

Lore: Considering Reinhardt's lore, I'd say he's from Demacia before being seeked out for things to do in Ionia.
Stats: Looking at a mix of

base stats.
Abilities:
Bravery: Gain increased Tenacity when low on health. ( Basically a health based old Irelia passive. ) About 50+ Tenacity when lower than 25% health. Also frees him from current CC when he goes down to 50% health.
Q: Fire Strike. 10/9/8/7/6/5 second cooldown.
Simple skillshot, about Zed Q range. Scales with AD and Armor. ( 100% Total AD + 35% of Total Armor.) Extremely high physical damage. Damage is lowered by 10% each unit it hits. ( minimum of 40%. ) Stops on enemy champion hit. No gimmicks or anything. That simple.
W: Barrier Shield. 30/28/26/24/22 second cooldown.
Obviously not going to be a Braum or Yasuo wall clone. Gain a massive shield ( 30/35/40/45/50/55% of current health. ) and 4/8/12/16/18% reduced damage from a direction. You're slowed by 10% and cannot cast any other abilities during this time.
Can recast after 3 seconds to cancel.
E: Charge. 30/25/20/15/10 second cooldown. ( About Hecarim ult size and length. ) Mana cost + 10% current health.
Channel for 0.75 seconds and charge in a direction, dealing minor damage + ( 15% Enemy missing health. ) physical damage. During the charge, enemies within the middle indicator will be dragged along. If it hits a wall, the enemies dragged take double damage. Those on the outer part of the indicator are knocked back and 25% damage instead.
If the target pinned by Reinhardt would die, they die at the end of the charge; scoring Reinhardt the kill and resetting the cooldown of this ability and it's mana cost.
R: Earthshatter. 200/180/160 second cooldown. Range is around Jhin ult size. Enemy indication while channeling.
Large cone hitbox, channel for 1 second before rooting enemies. Sends out a massive earth shattering shockwave which roots those right in front of Reinhardt for 3 seconds and those the furthest for 0.25 seconds. Deals up to ( 130% Total AD + 50% Total Armor ) magic damage. Shockwave takes 1.75 seconds to travel.
