**Passive - Blue Fire:**
	Each time Dandre uses an ability on an enemy, he applies Blue Fire to them
		His next basic attack against an enemy with Blue Fire deals bonus Physical damage based on their Max health

	Blue Fire can not be applied to the same target twice within 10 seconds

	**Duration:** 15 Seconds
	**Bonus Physical Damage:** 2.5% target's Max health (2.5% at levels 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 / 18


**Q - Burning Barrage:**
	Dandre ignites himself with an immense flame
		During this time Dandre gains 10 - 50 Bonus Movement speed and 20% - 100% bonus attack speed
			his attacks also apply Blue Fire's damage bonus with each hit
		When Burning Barrage wears off, Dandre becomes Brittle for the next 2 seconds

	**Cast Time:** 0.25 Seconds
	**Bonus Movement speed:** 10 (+10 P/L
	**Bonus attack speed:** 20% (+20% P/L
	**Cost:** 70 Mana
	**Cool Down:** 17 Seconds (-1.25 P/L

**W - Winged Counter:**
	Dandre dashes a target direction, at the end of his dash he slows himself by 50% as he loads a flaming bolt into his crossbow
		the next attack will then critically strike for an additional 20% -100% damage

	**Cast Time:** 0.75 Seconds
	**Dash Range:** 500 Units
	**Dash Speed:** 600 UpS
	**Slow Duration:** 1 Second
	**Cool Down:**  10 Seconds (-1 P/L (Cooldown starts after using the Winged Counter bonus attack)
	**Cost:** 70 Mana
	**Crit Damage:** 20% (+20% P/L



**E - Dead Bolt:**
	*Passive:*
		Dandre gains an additional 10 - 50 AD

		This is doubled if He killed Dendra with Dead Bolt

	*Active:*
		Dandre fires a massive bolt from his crossbow, pushing back the first enemy champion struck
			if it knocks them into a wall it stuns them in place for 1 second

		If Dead Bolt kills a champion, it will continue flying until it reaches the end of it's range or until it strikes another enemy champion

	**Cast Time:** 0.5 Seconds
	**Projectile Range:** 600 / 75 Units
	**Projectile Speed:** 800 UpS
	**Cost:** 50 Mana
	**Cool Down:** 12 Seconds
	**Physical Damage:** 60 (+60 P/L

**R - Inner Inferno:**
	*Passive:*
		Each time Dandre executes Dendra with one of his abilities, he upgrades it by stealing a part of Dendra

	*Q:* Dandre steals Dendra's Frozen Heart
		While Burning Barrage is active, he releases a horrid cold that slows enemies within 300 Units of him by 10%

	*W*: Dandre steals Dendra's wing, increasing the dash range of Winged Counter by an additional 300 Units

	*E:* Dandre takes Dendras sword and melts it down into a second crossbow
		This nullifies the effects of her E's passive while amplifying his own

	*R:* Dandre steals Dendras horn
		This doubles the range of Inner Inferno and also increases it's execution threshold by an additional 50% of Dandre's AD

	*Once a piece of the other is stolen, they will no longer be able to steal that piece from the other*

	*Active:*
		Dandre turns himself into a ball of blue flames before dashing towards a targeted enemy champion

		Upon arrival, he hides within them, turning both him and the enemy un-targetable for the next 1.5 seconds
			afterwards, he explodes from them, dealing Physical damage to the target and all nearby enemies

		If the enemy is at or below (150% AD) of their maximum health, Dandre will execute them immediately
			this will also cause the explosion to deal  bonus physical damage equal to  50% - 100% of the target's current health at the time of entry

	**Cool Down:** 130 Seconds (-20 P/L
	**Physical Damage:** 200 (+100 P/L
