TL;DR: 120 designs, daily posting til April, champion below

Hello you people, I'm FúrinKazan and, although a level 10 account, I'm actually close to 400 in the BR server. I recently tried to reach out to Riot about my projects for League of Legends, but unfortunately they only deal with graduated people.

Anyway, the projects I made for the game have no use anymore so I decided to publish them all. They are champion kits, counting up to 120 with unique abilities, defined classes, gameplay and numbers for those who like. The idea is to publish one champion per day until April. I also have some champion updades and they might show up sometimes.

I see a lot of good and creative kit concepts and reworks everywhere on the internet. However, if its gameplay is not coherent, it's not a champion. If numbers are not right, it won't work. Riot abandons a lot of cool fantasies because they end up failing at executon, so I bring you the abilities instead, for people to imagine a theme as they want. Here we go (leave a comment and take a look at my older posts!):

  • Kanetsugu Naoe (names are merely for inspiration and representation)
  • Skirmisher core traits: high in-combat scaling damage, kills all, poor target selection, reliable survivability

Passive: Kanetsugu's basic attacks deals additional Magic Damage and heals him for the same amount. This effect is doubled against enemies under crowd control effects.

-Additional Magic Damage per basic attack: 15/18/21/24/27/30 (+ 15% AP) at levels 1/4/7/10/13/16

1st Skill: Kanetsugu targets a small nearby area where his Paper Charms appear around of. After a 0.5 second delay, they converge towards the area's center while flying everywhere inside it, dealing damage and slowing all enemies hit. Each Paper Charm damages and slows individually, and enemies can only be hit once by each one of them. Their damage is equal to that of Kanetsugu's Passive (and is also amplified against enemies under crowd control effects).

Kanetsugu's basic attacks reduce the Cooldown of this ability by 1 second. The Paper Charms' slow counts additively and has its duration refreshed when applied again. When hitting enemies already damaged by Kanetsugu within 3 seconds, each Paper Charm deals an additional 20% AD as Physical Damage.

Has no cast time.

-Consequent Paper Charms' damage: 90/108/126/144/162/180 (+ 90% AP) as Magic Damage -Slow: 10 (+ 2% AP)% for 1 second -CD: 7/6.25/5.5/4.75/4 seconds

2nd Skill: After 1 second of channeling and indication, Kanetsugu creates a slowness field, which his Paper Charms rotate around of. The field slows both the Movement Speed and Attack Speed of enemies inside and grants Kanetsugu inverse effects if he is inside as well. Last for 3 seconds.

Has median-sized cast range and the area has a median-sized radius. After entering the area at least once, Kanetsugu also reduces the damage he takes from enemies by a certain value (25% effectiveness against damage-over-time effects) for 4 seconds (doesn't reset).

-Reduction/Increase of the speeds: 20/22.5/25/27.5/30 (+ 10% AP)% -Damage reduction: 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 15% AP) -CD: 17/16/15/14/13 seconds (begins on use)

3rd Skill: Kanetsugu dashes a short distance forward through his Paper Charms, stopping and dealing damage to the first enemy he hits.

Hitting an enemy with the dash reduces the Cooldown of this ability by 50%. When hitting enemies already damaged by Kanetsugu within 3 seconds, deals an additional 30% AD as Physical Damage. Deals double damage to minions.

-Damage: 60/85/110/135/160 (+ 45% AP) as Magic Damage -CD: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

Ultimate: Kanetsugu launches his Paper Charms forward in a strait line in the chosen direction. If it hits an enemy champion, the Paper Charms will follow him, hitting him several times within 6 seconds. Each Paper Charm attacks once per second. Kanetsugu may cast his 2nd Skill to create a slowness field around the enemy champion targeted by the Paper Charms, besides the original one.

Each Paper Charm deals damage and heals Kanetsugu equal to 40% of Kanetsugu's Passive effects (may double against enemies under crowd control effects). The 3rd Skill's dash against the enemy champion targeted by the Ultimate has fixed direction (may still miss) and its distance is increased.

If Kanetsugu dies, the effect is canceled.

-Maximum possible damage: 340.2/388.8/437.4/486 (+ 243% AP) as Magic Damage at levels 7/10/13/16 -3rd Skill's dash range increased by: 100/150/200% -CD: 100/90/80 seconds

Melee, uses Mana
