Trading shards

When playing with my friends we were discussing how some of us already had all of their chests a long time ago while others only had half. With the new Blue Essence system, we realized that those who have played for longer were able to have more champs and therefore more chests. When you have all your champs you are left with nowhere to go since it's harder to actually get champions. So the interesting idea of being able to give champ and skin shards came up. I wish to see if something like this could become a possibility.
