Katya, the Red Illusion.

Passive: Spring Collection - Katya leaves a path of flowers behind her, that trail behind her for 3 seconds. These flowers provide allies 5/7/10% Movement speed while walking on the flowers. Enemies have a 30/40/50% chance to upset the flowers, getting snared by roots for 0.5/0.5/1 seconds. This cannot trigger on the same champion more than once every 7 seconds.

Q: Flower Petals - Katya summons a vortex of flower petals that swirl around her for 8/7/6/5/4 seconds. After the duration the petals explode outward, healing allies for 70/100/130/170/200 (+40% Ability Power). The flowers also slow enemies by 7/10/13/17/20% for 1/1/2/2.5/3 seconds.

W: Glamour - Katya dashes in a chosen direction. If she hits an ally they are teleported to Katya's original position. The ally enjoys 10/10/15/20/25 bonus Armor or Magic Resist (Whatever they have the least of at the time of the teleportation) for 1/3/5/7/7 seconds.

E: Floral Skies - Katya summons a wall of Flowers. Enemies need to break the wall before they are able to pass it. The wall takes 3/7/10/10/15 auto-attacks to destroy. If an enemy tries to go through the wall before it is broken they take 40/60/60/80/100 (+50% Ability Power) every 0.5 seconds they touch the wall. The wall lasts for 5/5/10/10/15 seconds.

R: Vine Thrust - Katya throws a vine in a straight line. The first enemy hit is pulled towards Katya and takes 150/200/300 (+40% Ability Power) damaged and upon arrival are stunned for 0.5/1/1.5 seconds. The vine goes through minions, who take 50% reduced damage. The Vine cannot go through walls unless Katya has vision over the wall.
