Lee Sin

Hi. So i have a Question regarding Lee Sin. If Lee Sin is already blind and he does not see anything how is it that if he is Blinded by Teemo or Quinn he will miss his next attack. shouldn't be the case that he will still be able to attack even though he is blinded. i believe it is more realistic and more fun for players if he could still be able to do his damage while he is blinded. if this could be added to his passive it will increase players' skills.
