Xevioso, The Lord Of Thunder

I don't have any sketch or any champion concept actually, but I just think that it would be amazing if there was an adc that wields lightning and thunderbolts, instead of arrows, bullets and the rest of casual stuff. It's just an idea, but if this gets accepted well, I'll start working on the concept.
