A new change to Runes and Masteries?
So everyone knows that Masteries and Runes kinda feel bad in their current state. They are either way to strong or not steong enough (League of Thunderlords -> Fervor nerf). Rito themselves are having troubles making Masteries and Runes feel impactful, but withoit being busted. Like how Runes grant older players more of an advantage.
So I was just brainstorming and thought up an idea. What if we had a mastery system, that is tailored to each specific champion? That way everyone can play their champion how they want to, and not be relegated to "tank pick this or troll"
For example, lets use Mordekaiser.
As he is, his most common build is stormraiders and bruiser. But what if he had a 10 point mastery system instead, that let you customize him from AS, AD, AP, Tank, or any combination of those (maybe healing and shielding to who knows.)
