Sea witch Nami concept
I feel like Nami needs a darker themed skin so i merged the two themes of deep sea and atlantean; whoosh, out came sea witch Nami. The staff head is temporary while i come up with something really fitting. I stuck with the angler fish design for the webbing on the hands and light bulbs all over.
For her companions i chose jellyfish over the angler fish because she's still cute, just deadly > u o
