Champion idea here

Does anyone feel like there should be a whip user in the game? I mean theres sejuani but shes kinda weak and nothing to crazy about her, Idk i think a whip user with counter mechanics would be more of a diverse champion then gun users, mages, and the other misc. characters that are current meta. If someone wants to make up some champ layouts for this idea please by all means go for it.
