[Champ concept] Vesia, the dimensional Enchanter (Detailed abilities)
Vesia is a young girl who always helps out her friends. She has the ability to be everywhere, whenever she wants, but she would never even think about using her ability for evil purposes. Her magical power is amazingly strong. She has no wand, staff or anything of the sorts. She's supposed to be a support champ.
Passive - Magical power-up
After using an ability, the nearest allied champion within a range of 1200 gains 1 stack of magical power for 5 seconds. If a champion has a stack of magical power, their next basic attack deals 10 - 180 (scales with Vesia's level) (+50% AP) extra magic damage and consumes a stack of magical power.
Q - The prism

Vesia shoots a prism in a line. The first allied champion hit by the prism gains a shield of 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+35% AP) for 5 seconds. If the prism misses, it stays on the ground for 5 seconds, ready to be picked up by an ally to gain the shield.
W - The zone
CD: 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 Seconds Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 Mana Range: Self Radius: 500
Creates a dimensional zone at Vesia's position. The zone lasts for 5 seconds, slows all enemy units inside by 30% and increases the movespeed of all allied units inside by 15%. While Vesia is in the zone, she can not use basic attacks or activate any spells, items or abilites and she is untargetable (but not invincible). If Vesia leaves the zone, it will instantly disappear.
E - The warp
CD: 1 Second Recharge time: 32 / 28 / 24 / 20 / 16 Seconds Cost: 100 Mana Range: Global
Can store up to 2 charges and uses up 1 charge upon activating. Vesia warps to a location. For the next 5 seconds she can not use basic attacks or activate items or summoner spells, but she can still use her abilities.
R - Beast transfer
CD: 150 / 125 / 100 Seconds Cost: 100 Mana Range: 1000 Radius (of the beast effect): 750
Vesia transfers a dimensional beast into an allied champion for 10 seconds. This deals 50 / 75 / 100 (+50% AP) magic damage every second to all enemies around the allied champion and heals him for 40 / 50 / 60 (+15% AP) every second. This can not be used on Vesia herself.
This is my first support concept. All of her abilities are very unique and her E makes her special. She brings lots of utility, but her only CC is a 30% slow. In my opinion this is balanced out. The E is great, because she can easily gank any lane from anywhere and during the laning phase she can recall to base to regen and E back to lane. Her shield and slow/speed zone are useful support abilities.
The basic idea is for her to support her allies in every single fight across the map. Map awareness is needed.
The E can not be used for assassination, because of the 5 second lockout and Vesia's abilities not doing damage without having an ally around.
