Where is the staple scotsmen in the game?
Why don't we have a champion who is a friend or counterpart to 
who is a scotsman with bagpipes a claymore and tons of references to braveheart? His ult could be a team brief buff where he plays scotland the brave on his pipes and the team gets something like cannot be cc'd or something idk. He could be voiced by conor mcgregor (even though he is irish) or something! Please don't let my memes be dreams riot let's do this!!
