[Champion Concept] Vivian, The Fading Image

Stat Make-Up > Vivian is a mid-ranged mage who should be a bit squishy. He isn't an AD champ, so low that with a bit higher AP stats.

Background (I'm sorry my creative brain's decided to go plbpbpbpb) > Vivian was first born son to a prestigious Noxian family whose name has become long forgotten. Because of this, he became the target of the Black Rose at a young age. They sent a young witch to claim his life as a test of will and she happily delivered. She began a ritual that would cause him to fade to nothing in time, but it was interrupted by the chaos ensuing the first death of Sion. The spell was incomplete. Vivian became trapped in a stasis between life and death and soon found himself abandoned by his family, being too weak to carry on Noxus's proud tradition of war. He wandered all of Runeterra, looking for an answer. Looking for a cure. However, he couldn't find it. He grew restless, looking on as the world changed around him, helpless to stop it. The great Sion waged war once more. The witch disappeared from history, like any good or failed assassin would. He was left in despair as he knew he was left to outlive all he had ever known. He would be the last. He wished for a natural life, and, if not that, then at least a quick death. (I wish the whole Fields of Justice and stuff were still canon because this would be where it calls out to him in the darkness...)

Appearance: > Vivian is a skinny adolescent with fine clothing and dark, sullen eyes. This fades in transparency over time and, hey. I dunno what more to say.

Abilities:

Passive: Curse of the Ephemeral > Instead of mana, Vivian has a different resource that goes from 0-100. This is his current level of existence. It fades over time, causing him to grow more transparent. As well, his basic attacks deal damage directly proportional to this amount (It deals 90% of full damage at 90, 10% at 10, etc. etc.) At 21-100%, this is normal. He's there, but decreasingly so. At 1-20%, he is invisible to normal sight. Only true sight can make him visible. He can still attack and cast spells, but these only briefly reveal him. As well, his resource doesn't drain at this point unless he's out of combat for a while. At 0%, he is completely invisible. True sight won't reveal him, he can walk through units, and his allies can't see him on the map because he simply isn't there. At this point, communication is key.

Q: Symbiotic Link > Vivian latches onto an ally, healing them while refilling his resource bar. This ends when the ally is fully healed or dead, Vivian has full resources, or when the duration ends. At 21-100, this creates two zones, one around Vivian and his ally. The heal and the rate of refill are proportional to the % overlap of the two zones. If the % overlap is over 50, Vivian is also healed and his ally gains increased attack speed relative to the amount over 50. At 0-20, the heal and heal are a burst, arriving at 50% of Vivian's resource bar and a % of the target's missing health related to Vivian's AP.

W: Essence Burst >This is Vivian's only ability with a cost, costing (I'd think) 10 of his resource. It's a skill shot that deals damage relative to his AP. As well, I feel like it should deal more damage and have less of a range the lower he is with his resource.

E: Tragic Link >Vivian is not an evil person. Let's put that out there before I explain this. So, for this, Vivian attaches to an enemy, damaging the enemy while recovering his resource. This stops when the enemy is out of range, when the duration ends, when the enemy dies, or when Vivian is at 100. For 50-100, Vivian can move and cast other spells freely. For 1-49, Vivian must focus more and thus needs to stand still. However, he slows his target at a percent relative to his current resource bar's amount under 50. At 0, Vivian instead deals the damage in a single burst. Instantly recovering his resource bar to 50 and dealing damage to the enemy.

R: Complete Codependence >Vivian links onto an ally. For the duration of the spell, his and his ally's spells have no cost. As well, his resource bar goes to 100 and stays there until the end of the spell. During the spell, if either he or his ally would take fatal damage, they are left at one health and put into a special state where they will no longer take damage or be healed/shielded. If that person takes more damage, they will continue fighting until the spell ends, then die. If both have this occur, then the spell ends and both die. The spell also ends at the end of a set duration or if one person gets too far from the other.

Emotes: >Laugh: At 1-100, Vivian doesn't laugh. The player gets a little message "Vivian refuses, you cold-hearted monster" At 0, Vivian laughs like a maniac, clearly having given up all hope. This is globally heard.

>Joke: Vivian jumps up and grabs his healthbar. He points to his resource bar on it and shouts, "Hey! You expect me to make a joke when my existence is fading away!?"

>Taunt: "Gosh, you make fading into nothingness look easy."

Special Interactions:

With : > Hidden Passive: Kindred Spirits (When in the same game as an Amumu) "I sense another who understands how I feel..." When within an allied Amumu's attack range, Vivian's resource bar will rest at 1.

>Taunt: To an allied Amumu: "I'll give you a hug..." To an enemy Amumu: "Intense loneliness can never be resolved if you attack those who want to help you."

With : >Taunt: To an allied Kindred: "NO! You're supposed to be the one ending all this!" To an enemy Kindred: "Let's see if you can do your job for once."

>Joke: To Kindred: "So all it took was an ax, huh?"

>Laugh: When in a game with Kindred, his laugh at 0 becomes his normal laugh, minus being heard globally. He hears the Call of the Kindred at all times, and it drives him insane.

>Upon Death: If an enemy Kindred deals the last blow or at least gets an assist for attacking at least once, Vivian sighs "Finally" with his last breath.
