(Champion Concept) Chief of Security

I have been throwing ideas around for a while now. I have also been working on balances for his champion for most of the time. I will take suggestions for concept art, lore, and the name for this champion; full credit will be given.

Role: Made to be viable all the time. (AD, AP, or Tank) Mage, ADC, Tank.

Advantages: Excells at securing areas, objectives, and defending.

Passive: The Champion's abilities (affects HP/Damage) are decreased by 5-10% (compounding) for each ally within 1500 range. The Champion's abilities are increase by 5-10% (compounding) for each enemy within 1500 range. (New passive coming soon!)

Q: Places a stealth mine that lasts 1/2/3/4/5 minutes after arming. Takes 10 seconds to arm by burrowing in the ground. While arming, the mine is very vulnerable. After arming, the mine becomes hard to kill and invisible. Deals 50/100/150/200/250 + 100% AP + 10% AD. Hold up to two mines at a time. No maximum count for mines in the Rift.

W: Place up to two battle turrets with a range of 600/700/800/900/1000 units. Deals 50/65/80/95/110 + 50% AD + 5% AP. Turrets are semi-resilient and lifesteals based on your lifesteal (does not heal champion). Turrets hold 5/6/7/8/9 shots, 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 attack speed, and reload in 2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1 seconds. Shots pierce one enemy.

E: Place up to two pillars at a time. If the pillars are within 400/500/600/700/800 units of each other, they will make a wall. The wall reduces enemy incoming projectile damage by (5/6.25/7.5/8.75/10 + (5/5.5/6/6.5/7% of Armor + MR))%. If the projectile makes contact with the pillar, the pillar will take the damage instead. The walls have 150/187.5/225/262.5/300 + 25% of HP. The wall can annihilate enemy projectiles equal to crit chance.

R: Engineers the ground in a range of 2000 units (diameter) for 30 seconds. Improves the champion's abilities within the territory by 1.2/1.35/1.5x and provides 10/20/30% movement speed for allied team. (Working on balancing)
