So I've had this idea for a while and just finally found the time to post it. Please keep in mind that i suck A** at Drawing so i cant provide pics of what i think it would look like.

Glitch - The Unstable Mistake (feel free to make suggestions I'm still brainstorming this) HP : 455 (+59 per level)-------(1517 at 18) AD : 62 (+2 per level)------(98 at 18) AP : 0 (W.I.P.*) Mana : 260 (+38 per level)------(944 at 18) Mana Re-gen : .7% (+.125% per level)------(2.95% at 18) Health Re-gen : 1.9 (+.2 per level)-------(5.5 at 18) Range : 525 (ranged) Attack Speed : .600 (?.??% per)---(W.I.P.) Armor : 28 Magic Resist : 25 Move Speed : 340

Ability's :

Passive : Unstable energy : Using your Ability's you gain stacks to instability. at 6 stacks Glitch becomes unstable. Causing his next ability to have a bonus effect.

Think of the animation as Iron Man using the chest piece attack thing Think of the Q as a smaller AOE but like Ziggs Satchel charge Q ** Destabilize** : Glitch throws a part of itself as a bomb, dealing 10% Bonus (magic damage) biased on your Current mana. (goes off after (1.5) seconds or till reactivated)

Damage values : 55/65/75/85/95 + (85% AP) Mana Cost : 45/55/70/80/95 Cool-down : 18/17/16/15/14 Unstable Passive : Bomb has slightly larger AOE Bomb AoE : 175 Range : 450 Channel time : .25 seconds

W Logic Error : Glitch Teleports to Nearby Allied Champ (1000 range) in order to collect its thoughts, during this time 70% of all Damage done to this champ is redirected to Glitch, and Glitch and said ally gain 25% Armor/Magic resist and 25% Armor/Magic resist Respectively. Glitch also gains a Small shield.

Shield Value : 90/110/130/150/180 + (50% AP) Mana Cost : 50/60/70/80/100 Cool-down : 16/14.5/13.25/11/9 Ally MR/Armor : 25% / 25% Glitch MR/Armor : 25% / 25% Unstable Passive : Glitch acts as and AP version of the thorn-mail redirecting 20% of AP Damage back. Channel time : .75 seconds

E Debugging : Glitch removes a heavily damaged part of itself and tosses it a small distance stunning all targets in the area. The 'Bugged Code' will then crawl its way back to Glitch at 85% of Glitches Current movement speed. When it returns Glitch is slowed for (30%) for 2 Seconds. enemies That the 'Bugged code' passes through are Slowed for 15%.

Mana Cost : 55/65/75/90/100 Cool-down : 15/13.5/11/9.5/8 Range : 400 Stun-Duration : 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 Damage Value : 65/85/110/130/155 + (75% AP) Unstable Passive : Deals a bonus 5% True Damage only on initial burst

R* W.I.P.

LORE ::: Thanks to a Friend of mine for lore Help :::

Piltover... a lovely place of Knowledge and Technology... but what happens when it goes too far? Well no one knows. that is except for a few. Glitch was a Prototype A.I. being made by a team of Students at the Academy in Piltover. the A.I. was stable by all means and was very powerful.. however DATA CORRUPTED not last. the A.I. had Access ERROR MISSING ACCESS PERMISSION the City had to offer and when it found that ERROR DATA NOT FOUND And Then Glitch was borne... MISSING CORE FILE----DATA GONE

That's all i got for now please feel free to talk about it and draw about it (think of it as a man made of light or something like that).

This is a terrible idea and Glitch would be one of the strongest champs in the game for a while due to the fact that his q scales 110% ap and the fact that if you build this champ tanky ap like ekko R.I.P. the enemy team especially since he can just w his adc and win the team fight which will cause a easy match win since the team can just push and win over a time or win instantly depending on there pushing power so say you have a strong pushing team besides the adc (in which case Glitch will be supporting him) and they would win the first team fight and get an easy win. I suppose that is why you put mistake since he's broken as fuck.

Is this character ranged or melee? I may have a picture that could be useful.

As for opinions on abilities, I would say stick to one category. It seems you're trying to build a mage (e), but an assassin (q), then also a support (w). They seem little mismatched. As for stats, I really don't fully understand how they are calculated and such, but I will say they seem out of proportion (relative to what I said about the abilities).

I will not dive into extremes and flat out talk negatively about your character. That doesn't do anything good for the boards, and only causes problems. It takes a lot of hard work, and your contribution should be recognized and appreciated regardless of the content before it's reviewed. I am sorry that you witnessed firsthand the impatience and arrogance of some of the readers of this community.
