Coln, the Stone Watcher (Utility support)
A frozen watcher named Coln, once a bloodthirsty killer, was cursed by Avarosa with a conscience as punishment for his crimes against humanity. In his despair, he fell deep into the depths of the howling abyss, where he remained for thousands of years. Over the years, his power weakened, until his the ice that made up his body had been crushed by the falling rocks that were so common in the depths. However, while his form was destroyed, his spirit remained. He wishes to atone for his past atrocities, and to so he has crafted a body from the stones of the abyss. While he knows that he has no chance of ever living down what he had done, he senses another of his kind that he must destroy, one that is still up to her old crimes; Lissandra.
Melee, uses mana.
P: Chilled Stone Attacking Coln causes the attacker to have their attack speed slowed by 10/20/30/40%. Casting a damaging spell on Coln causes the ability to have it's base cooldown increased by 0.5/1/1.5/2 seconds.
Q: Repentance (one point automatically learned at level 1, 6 ranks) (passive) Damaging a champion causes Coln to take true damage equal to 25/20/15/10/5% of the damage he deals. Healing or shielding a champion causes Coln to heal himself for 5/10/15/20/25% of that healing/shielding. Whenever Coln is healed, 5/10/15/20/25% of that healing is redirected to any allied champions within 300 range (if none are present, none is redirected).
W: Glimpse of Sorrow 50 mana, 6 second cooldown. Coln briefly establishes a link between his his mind and that of a target, and shares the torment of his cursed conscience with a target champion (allied or enemy). Allied cast: Deal 100 (+.5 AP) magic damage to the target, and marks them for 3 seconds. Over the duration, they are healed for 150 (+.75 AP) plus 30/35/40/45/50% of the damage they take while the mark was active. The initial damage cannot bring the target below 10% health. Enemy cast: Deal 100/150/200/250/300 (+.7 AP) magic damage to the target, and mark them for 6 seconds. For the duration, the target takes 10/20/30/40/50% bonus damage from all sources. Over the last 3 seconds of the duration, they are healed for 100% of the damage they took as a result of this ability (the initial damage and bonus damage). The damage, damage amp, and healing components are considered seperate (if one is cleansed off by something like the old QSS, the others will remain intact)
E: Open the Abyss 90/95/100/105/110 mana, 20 second cooldown Coln opens a gap in the earth, opening a ravine for 9 seconds (and destroying any terrain in it's path) This ravine can be entered from any side, but can only be exited through the side Coln cast it from and the side directly opposite it. These sides are ramps, while the other sides are cliffs. Falling off a cliff, and into the ravine, causes enemy champions to take 100/150/200/250/300 (+0.8 total AD) physical damage. Champions caught in the initial opening will also take this damage.
R: Solitude 100 mana, 120/110/100 second cooldown All buffs are removed from the target, and the target becomes incapable of receiving healing, shields, or other buffs from any source other than themselves for 4/5/6 seconds.

Both the passive and active work well with Repentance.
works very well on him; his W always damages something before it begins healing, so it Athenes will always amplify it.
If he can catch his entire team in this shield, he will additionally heal his team up quite a bit.
Not a lategame recommendation, obviously. However, his Q healing spread applies to ALL healing, so this allows him to heal up quite a bit.
Hey, he has a lot of healing involved with his hit, so why not?
