Sigil: The Rune Titan

Hi there! I feel like we are lacking some really great elementals, with of course the exception of our beloved malphite. So i decided to make a rock or stone golem based off the rune wars using a mix of rune magic and stones to tank and burst his way through the rift. I'm a terrible storyteller so i'm looking to you guys to help with the lore... however here is my idea of the lore.

Lore: The wars against the so called "gods" of the age left a terrible scar on the face of runeterra, and worse yet creatures. Some are known to mankind today others, remain buried in the earth. One of these runic creatures left is aptly named "Sigil" quietly making his home in the Tempest Flats. Little is known to any but the few men who have seen or communicated with this creature. His story as told to them is as follows: Long ago, during the first rune war, powerful magics were first exposed into the world, leaving scars and creating wondrous and horrific creatures. After some of the largest blasts of magic the world had ever seen, it left powerful traces of runic magic within the rocks near the blasts. One such formation, became sentient, the one known as Rune today. The creature did not understand its purpose for the entirety of the first rune war. It fed off the runic magic all around him; however the rune wars ended long after his creation. He longed for more magical energy from the landscape and the mages dead bodies with items on them. He realized that there was little magic to consume, and went to the Tempest Flats to die. He has met many humans, some scared off, some listen to his story. However a recent human wanderer told him of the institute of war, where he can consume infinite magic to feed his hunger. He has not been seen in his home since learning the location of this place.

Ok so i guess some of you realize he is going to be a lot like Maokai and Malphite, who are the champions that inspired me to do this. His playstyle will be based around bursts of power to increase his damage and defensive stats, close to a tankier Ryze. Here is his kit as I have thought of so far.

Passive1: Runic Essence: All spells cast by allies or enemies, and caster minion deaths give him a stack of runic essence. Upon reaching 15 stacks his abilities gain additional effects on his basic abilties duration: 4 seconds; additionally he cannot gain essence during the duration

Passive2: Earthquake: Any time Sigil casts a spell, he channels the runic energy and does damage in a small radius around him 10/20/30/40 + .3 Ability Power Mana costs on all abilites: Q( 40/45/55/60/70 ) W ( 110/120/130/140/150) E ( 90/95/100/110/120 ) R ( 100/ 130 / 160)

Q: Rune Blast: (skillshot) range: 800 Sigil Fires a blast of Runic stone from his fist dealing 60/80/100/120/140 + .4/.45/.5/.55/.6 magical damage and slows by 15/20/25/30/35 Runic Essence bonus: Boosts the damage to 100/120/140/160/180 + .5/.55/.6/.65 6 second cd at all ranks

W: Rune Guard: Passive: Sigil Gains 10/12/14/16/20 Armor and Magic Resistance. Active: Sigil creates a barrier of Runic stone around him, which shields him for 80/100/120/140/160 + .2/.25/.3/.35/.4 Ability Power. After a 5 second delay he can reactivate the ability to deal 150/170/190/210/230 + .5/.6/.7/.8/.9 ability power unless the shield is destroyed. The shield lasts 8 seconds if not destroyed or reactivated - similar to Sion Rune Essence Bonus: Enemies hit by the reactivation are marked and take an additional 90 damage from his next ability 20/18/16/14/12 cooldown also while the shield is up he loses his defensive stat bonuses but regains them when the shield is destroyed or the ability is reactivated

E: Runic Discharge: Sigil discharges runic energy in a certain direction boosting him towards the location if sigil hits the enemy with his model and the runic energy they are stunned for .7/.9/1.1/1.3/1.5 seconds The blast its instant, however sigil charges at 1500 units per second the Blast does 100/130/150/170/190 + .6 Ability Power. No damage is done if Sigil hits the enemy Additionally his passive earthquake is applied after he completes the dash Essence Bonus: the stun duration is increased to 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8

R: Vacuum: Passive Grants 10/15/20 mana back each time a spell is casted within 1000 units of him Active: Sigil instantly gains Runic Essence bonuses on all his abilities, additionally he deals 100/200/300 + .8 ability power to enemies within the 450 unit radius allies within a 900 unit radius gain 60/100/140 + .2/.3/.4 magic damage on their next auto attack or ability cast that damages enemies. Not sure on the stats guys help me out and tell me how to change it

Attack Range: 450 or 500?

Attack damage: 53 at first level and gains 3.3 per level

Base armor and MR: 30

Base health: 559 +80 per level 1919 at level 18

Health regen: 6 + .5 per level

Mana Regen: 5.0 + 1 per level

attack speed: .675 + 1.5 per level

Movement speed: 340

Base mana: 350 + 50 per level

MY EYES, but in all reality though Spacing and such would make this a lot easier for others to not skip over

Cleaned it up a bit but uh looking for feedback so i can edit this guy into a champion riot would say wow we need this guy in our game as thats what im aiming for
