Lore: One of Noxus's most tenacious warleaders, Zuule is a staple of the Noxian battlefront against Demacia. Her ferocity and bloodlust being matched in Noxian renown only by the likes of the legendary Kled, there's nary a soul alive who hasn't heard the tales of a knight whose armor is made from the blood of his enemies. The stories of course aren't all true...most don't even know that Zuule is no man. But to be fair to their stories, few have ever lived to see the other side of this ruthless, bloodstone clad warrior's wrath. Though usually assigned to be a defensive bulwark against Demacian counterattacks, Zuule's adaptability and battle prowess are a true nightmare for any adversary.

**Side note: No, this is not Darkin Armor...more like a Noxian enchantment on armor made up almost solely of Bloodstone. For the purpose of lore, and to have this make a bit more sense, let's just say that the armor was crafted by a skilled Noxian smith, then enchanted by the Black Rose, under the direction of Swain...which is why the ult is going to look somewhat inspired by his own. :P **

Role: Bruiser/OffTank Recommended Lane: Top/Jungle

Base stats: STATS: HP|563+68 HP5|7+0.7 MP|N/A MP5|N/A AD|56+2.8* || 50+2.2 AS|0.6+2.1* || 0.75+2.3 AR|30+2.6* || 34+3 MR|33+0.7* || 35+1.2 MS|340 RG| 125* || 75 *When using Halberd. || When using Broadsword & Shield.

Passive: Crimson Commander- When out of combat, Zuule can take .5s to switch what weapon set she's using, changing some of her base stats and affecting her abilities' usage and effects. When using her Halberd, Zuule generally deals more damage and has longer range. When using her Broadsword and Shield, she trades the range and damage for more defense and utility. In addition, Zuule's enchanted bloodstone armor thrives on the blood of her enemies, and dealing damage gives her Bloodlust points, which are consumed whenever she uses an ability on a champion or large monster to deal up to 20% of the ability's normal damage at max charge (.2% per bloodlust point). Gains 2 bloodlust from basic attacks on minions and monsters, and 6 when attacking a champion or large monster up to 100. Crits give triple Bloodlust. Bloodlust deteriorates when out of combat at a rate of 5/s, but heals .1% of Zuule's max hp for each point as it does. (max of 10% of max hp over 20s when out of combat)

Q: Push Forward!- Zuule charges forward, colliding with the first enemy champion hit. If using Halberd, the enemy is slowed by 20% for 2.5s and takes 30% increased damage from Zuule for the duration. If using Broadsword & Shield, this ability stuns the target for 1s. Damage: [40/55/70/85/100(+65%AD) if using Broadsword & Shield. 55/70/85/100/115(+75%AD) if using Halberd.] || Cooldown: 16/14/12/11/10s. Deals 25% damage to minions it passes through with Broadsword & Shield, or 35% with Halberd.

W: Crimson Bulwark- Passive: Zuule gains bonus armor and magic resist based upon her Bloodlust, up to 10/15/20/25/30% at max Bloodlust. Active: Zuule raises her weapons defensively, slowing herself by 20%, but gaining damage reduction and tenacity for the next 4s. -25% damage reduction in either form against monsters. -15% dmg redux/tenacity when using Halberd, but 30% from melee attackers. -20% dmg redux/tenacity with Broadsword & Shield, but 35% from ranged attackers. Slow from this ability not affected by tenacity. Bonuses work for the duration of the active, but are lost while this is on cooldown. Cooldown: 35/30/25/20/15s

E: Noxian Ferocity- Zuule's next basic attack is empowered. When using Halberd, the attack slows the target by 25% for 1.5s and deals 55%AD bonus damage. When using Broadsword and Shield, the attack stuns the target for .5 seconds and deals 25%AD bonus damage. After hitting an enemy with the empowered attack, Zuule gains 20% attack speed when wielding her Halberd, and 35% attack speed when wielding her Broadsword and Shield for the next 5 seconds. Either bonus will still deal 10%AD bonus damage over the duration. The empowered attack consumes Bloodlust, but all attacks affected by the bonus generate it as normal. Cooldown: 10s all ranks.

R: Bloodstone Reaper- Zuule cuts her own life down by 15% of her current health to activate the strongest enchantment of her bloodstone armor. She gains 20% movespeed when moving towards enemy champions and deals 3% of nearby enemies' max hp per second for the next 10 seconds. (Max 30% missing hp) Damage dealt by this ability does not consume Bloodlust, and instead charges Bloodlust equal to the % of damage dealt to champions per second. (Max of 15% bloodlust/s while standing in the middle of the entire enemy team...total of 150% over 10s max, but can't overcharge) In addition, Zuule consumes all Bloodlust at the end of this ability and converts it to .6% of her max hp for each point of Bloodlust. Yes...this is similar to Swain, I know what's about to be said...but swain heals over time DURING the duration, and this ability is essentially going to be used as a battery for Zuule's other abilities to deal extra damage, so the heal afterward, unless she's stockpiling and sacrificing the damage for her other abilities, will not be nearly as strong, and there is essentially no sustain DURING the ability, but strictly AFTER the ability.

Essentially, Zuule is meant to be played somewhat defensively in lane, trying to stay at range with her halberd to farm, and swapping to her sword and shield when she's looking to engage, or feels like she's going to be ganked. If she thinks she can go for the kill, she has the option of switching back to her halberd for an more all-in strategy, or if she's fighting someone who's able to potentially outplay her all-in damage, instead use her utility from her sword and shield to go for the stunlock and kill.

During mid to late game, Zuule's biggest strength comes from mitigating the main source of damage she's likely to take by having the correct form for her W. If the enemy team has a lot of ranged attackers, your sword and shield will keep you alive as you dive into the backline and wreak havoc on the enemy team. If they're primarily melee assassins and tanks, your halberd will protect you from a solid chunk of damage while allowing you to still fight them straight up. Her ult, as I've mentioned, is a powerful Bloodlust battery that enables you to proc your passive on multiple abilities, making sure that you deal plenty of bonus damage, while still having the option to wait it out for a moment and heal yourself if you can manage to live through your ult in order to keep fighting.

That actual base stat changes from her passive are almost negligible late game, but for the early to mid game, they can be just enough to clutch it out, if you've picked the correct form for the job. By far the significance of her kit comes from choosing the correct niche for the fight you're getting into.
