Champion design from a players skill perspective. (Now and Then)

Wow, ok so, I just wrote like a 4 paragraphs talking about what I meant by this but for some reason my computer decided to hit the back key...

Alright so what I meant in the title is, generally the overall player base (or at least the pro's) have improved sense season 1 and before. Nowadays you see people Insecing others with LeeSin in solo queue all the time. Zeds outplaying whole teams, Vaynes tumbling their way to pentas, and Rivens 1v5ing as far as the eye can see. Those sort of things didnt happen quite as much in season 1 and before. It's not all about the big plays though. You can look at CS scores. In season 4 any decent laner should have roughly 70 cs by 10 minutes. I don't have the exact numbers but im guessing that wasnt quite as high in the early launch/season 1.

TL;DR (Generally) Players are better now then in earlier seasons, how does this effect champ design.

Oh and also, this is the first post I have ever made on a forum. Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
