Voice actor swapping

I like the English voice actors for most champions but some of the foreign Vo's are just impeccable. I was thinking is there a way to swap around the nationalities of the different voices from different countries? For example if I wanted the German Gangplank but the French Fiora or the Russian Viktor. I guess it would probably be more trouble than it's worth seeing as I'm the only person I know that wants this but it'd still be a nice addition.
