Quitra, the Energetic Mixer

The idea behind the concept is a female alchemist who has the energetic attitude similar to Jinx.

Quitra is intended to be a support/mid lane AP/Utility mage.

Quitra begins the game with her R unlocked and can only put two points into it.

  • Quitra switches to the next potion in her rotation.
  • Volatile Mixture (Red) increases her AP by 15/30/45 (+20% Total AP) and her auto attacks deal 2.5% Bonus AP burning damage to the target for 3 seconds. Burning damage will not stack/refresh if multiple autos are landed.

  • Refreshing Elixir (Blue) increases her HP5/MP5 by 50/100/200% and grants 15/20/25 (+10% Bonus MS) Movement Speed.

#~~ Passive: High Energy~~

Every time that Quitra swaps her active potion she gains decaying movement speed equal to 30/40/50% of her total movement speed and 15/20/25% tenacity. Increases at levels 6 and 13.

#Q: Have This!

Quitra tosses a potion bottle to a target location within 700 units of her location.

  • While Volatile Mixture is active, the potion deals magic damage equal to 90/130/170/210/250/290 (+70% Ability Power) in a 225 unit radius.
  • While Disruptive Concoction is active, the potion deals 60/85/110/135/160/190 (+55% Ability Power) in a 200 unit radius and slows enemies in the area by 30/35/40/45/50/55%.
  • While Refreshing Elixir is active, the potion heals allies for 30/55/80/105/120/135 (+20% Ability Power) in a 175 unit radius.

#W: Try This Out!

Cost: 55/65/75/85/95 Mana CD: 13/13/12/12/11

Quitra coats an ally in a potion, granting passive effects.

  • While Volatile Mixture is active, the target gains 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% Bonus Adaptive Force for 5/5/6/6/7 seconds.
  • While Disruptive Concoction is active, the target gains 15/20/25/30/35% Tenacity for 5/5/6/6/7 seconds.
  • While Refreshing Elixir is active, the potion shields the target for 30/45/60/75/90 (+30/30/35/35/40% Ability Power) that lasts 3 seconds.

#E: I'm So Excited!

Cost: 50/70/90/110/130 Mana CD: 22/20/18/16/14

Quitra increases her current potion's passive effects for the next 3 seconds.

  • Volatile Mixture grants 25/45/70 (+25% Total AP) and her auto attacks deal 3% Bonus AP burning damage.
  • Disruptive Concoction increases her Armor by 15/30/45 (+10% Bonus Armor) and Magic Resist by 25/45/65 (+15% Bonus Magic Resist).
  • Refreshing Elixir increases her HP5/MP5 by 150/250/400% and grants 20/25/30 (+12.5% Bonus MS) Movement Speed.

#Possible Runes

I feel as though Quitra would benefit best from Summon Aery, Manaflow Band, Celerity, and Gathering Storm. For secondary runes, i feel that you could either take Shield Bash/Revitalize or Magical Footwear/Cosmic Insight.

#Core Items

Starting off, you would want to take item 3303 and item 2003 as she can poke with her Q. Though, I could also see item 3301 due to most of her abilities being enhancement/protection spells. Her two items that I feel would work best on her is item 3098 or item 3096 and item 3504. Picking Ardent Censer would greatly increase her healing/shielding capabilities while also giving her some extra AP and movement speed.

(Range on your base stats isn't formatted correctly)

Her q and w are fine, but I think her e isn't really necessary. I certainly understand the thoughts behind it, but considering she's already gaining stats from her r, another boost will simply be too much.

Personally, I suggest changing her r into e (like completely), and give her a new ultimate. I don't know if you play mid, but most (if not all) strong mid laners rely on their level 6 power spike. A lot of people are complaining about mages support like brand and zyra, and one of the reasons for them to play that position is their lack of level 6 power spike. ^ A lot of supports also have decent level 6 power spikes, but just not as strong as mid.

Since you are the concept creator, you probably have a much clearer image of what kind of champion you want Quitra to be. If you think she does in fact need a better ult, I wish you best of luck to create one.

Edit: Her q is actually a bit too strong. I suggest making the effect(s) happen over a duration 4 seconds or so. 290 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage instantly is ultimate level, and it certainly shouldn't be on a 10 second cd (or 6, if you have 40% cdr).

and I remember a while ago (a year ago?) someone suggested a champion with different ults depending on the "path" it chooses, so it is kind of like an adaptive ultimate. I think it is a mechanism that can be used here. What do you think?

Edit 2: Since you said she has the kind of attitude Jinx has, how about giving her an ult that scales with her "excitement"? What I mean is to give her a second resource bar that works like fury, and let her ultimate deal increased damage/range/ additional effects the higher her excitement.

Just thought that would be cool ;)

Have fun exploring.

Your ranks on the abilities are weird. R has 5 supposed ranks for CD/Cost as well as W+E but Q has 6 ranks. So 21 skill points?
