Hi, I'm GameyRouge38 and for a long time I've been trying to think of a great champion. About 2 months ago I thought of a great champion (well at least in my opinion) but I didn't know what he would be like. So, now that I have fully thought him through I am ready to release him to the public. This is all his info: Jankow The Extreme Surfer Abilities: Passive: Love For Water- Whenever in water gains +5% health +3% mana regen +40% movement +7% health regen +8% mana regen +35% cooldown reduction +50% ability damage and +50% attack damage Q: Water Flow- Whenever activated for the next 5/6/7/8/9 attacks whenever Jankow throws his surfboard water shoots at nearby enemies dealing 25% reduced damage but 50% increased magic damage W: (Note: This is a passive) Water World- Jankow stacks up basic attacks and on the 7th/6th/5th/4th/3rd basic attack his next attack has a 10% chance of stunning and a 90% chance of slowing E: Ride the Wave- Jankow picks a spot on the screen within the range of 750/800/850/900/1000 and surfs there R: Surfboard Rampage- Jankow picks a target within 375 range throws them backwards slaps them multiple times with his surfboard knocks them up throws them down and stuns them for 2//3/4.5 seconds Attack: 8/10 Defense: 310 Ability: 4/10 Difficulty: For Riot to decide Cooldowns: Q: 14/12/10/9/8 W: No cooldown E: 24/20/18/16/13 R: 78/70/64 Well, tell me what you think!!!!!!!!!!

Going backwards because that's the main order of badness.

R- ...No. The highest HARD cc in the game is Ashe's Arrow at 3.5 seconds (assuming an extremely long range hit actually hits you), followed by Morgana's Q for 3 seconds. You'll notice these are both on slow moving skillshots, with one of them blockable by minions or monsters and the other requiring a long range to get a good stun off. You gave this guy a point and click Fling + Vi Ult, only it also does a max stun of 4.5 seconds. For comparison, the longest cc in the game is Nasus's Wither at 5 seconds WHICH STILL DOESN'T TAKE FULL EFFECT UNTIL THE VERY END. And it's a slow, not a stun. So no, this is extremely broken already.

E- This is extremely bland. That's all I can really say about it because that's all the info you've given, that he moves a huge range away.

W- This is really, really, REALLy stupid. First, it's entirely one passive that doesn't even do damage (bland), and second, it's a RNG cc (really unfun to play against or with). You basically make it "okay, I have W up. Did I stun them? Yes? Well gg I won the trade completely. Did I slow them? Better run away and continue stacking it.". It's entirely an unfun, no counterplay, no interaction skill.

Q- ...I'm not 100% sure what you're even saying this does. I'm THINKING it's he autoattacks and has a secondary water hit effect that does 75% damage, but then what is the 50% increased magic damage? Either his autoattacks always do magic damage (...what), or this does magic damage on 112.5% of his AD? Or something? Your tooltip is incredibly vague.

Passive- Hell. No. Giving someone MAX Cdr, 50% bonus AD AND AP, massively increased movement, more health, and more of both regenerations is bad, always. For comparison, Deathcap or Cass's passive both give a MAX of 30% bonus AP, and you're giving this guy an incredibly buffed version of both for standing in the river. Otherwise, his passive is 100% useless outside of scuttle/dragon/baron fights, and there it's overpowered as crap.

Overall, this seems more like someone you'd get in Dota, not League.

...That solved none of his problems. His passive is still hilariously overpowered in a few situations and useless everywhere else, his W still has a crappy rng stun, his W+E are still bland as crap, just his E is weaker, and his R is still a point and click heavy cc nuke.
