Maruilla, The Failed Prototype (The Strange Invader)

An strange being know as a Tarkaran, Maruilla had entered the world of Runeterra via a portal located near Noxus and Zaun. Maruilla seeks out the world and all of it's inhabitants, from Ahri to Viktor, and keeps the knowledge of it deep in his journals. His actions of creating an once mighty kingdom known as "Endenia", has led many people to consider him an evil tyrant, to where even the institute of War took him in. There, they discovered something strange about him, he would only be as evil as they think of him as. His skills in combat were unparalleled in comparison towards others, and agreed to hold back. Due to his pacifistic nature, the nations became warry of his actions. Ranging from Zaun and Noxus being careful around him, Demacia hating him, Blightwater not wanting to do anything with him, Piltover labeling him as a threat, and plentiful other reactions from the nations. However, Those whom had met him, like Sona or Ezreal, claim him as someone people can trust, as long as they want to trust him. The Institute of War allowed him to fight, informing him of the reviving system and letting Maruilla fight to form bonds with the other champions.
Abilities:
New Endenia / Bound of Mileena (An Passive skill that grants a fellow champion a 10/15/20 boost in either Movement Speed, Magic Resist, or Attack for New Endenia, or grants an 10/15/20 stat drop for opponent champions for Bound of Mileena)
First Skill: Tarkaran Stance Cost: 10/20/25/30/35 Duration: 10 seconds/20 seconds (max level) Bleed Duration: 1 1/2 / 2/ 2 1/2 / 3 / 3 1/2 (A skill that lets Maruilla change into a firing stance. Defense is increased by two thirds of Movement Speed and Attack Speed, and have both Movement Speed and Attack Speed decreased by one third of Defense. Auto Attacks become ranged and capable of causing bleeding damage matching 70% of attack for 1 1/2 seconds. Moves in both "Protector" and "SAVIOR" modes change, becoming new skills for three times the attack's original cost.)
Second Skill: Protector: Walking Charge / Blooddashing Cost: 25/40/45/50/55 Damage: 20/40/50/60/70 Bleed Duration: 1/2/3/3 1/2 /4 Stun: 10/8/6/4/2 (An skill that lets Maruilla bypass foes, causing damage every time he passes by. Cannot be stopped unless an move like Event Horizon or 80 Caliber Net hits him. Tarkaran Stance adds Bleeding Damage and triggers "Give and Receive*".) SAVIOR: Hundred Stabs / Million Impailment Cost: 25/30/50/65/70 Damage: 30/50/70/90/110 Bleed Duration: 1/3/5 (Max Level) (An SAVIOR skill that causes Maruilla to rush towards the clostest target (prioritizes Champions) and unleashes an onslaught of stabbing hooks, causing bleeding damage. Million Impailment allows Maruilla to link up to another targets and attack the same way)
- Give and Receive (An passive effect that activates during Blooddashing. While this is in effect, Maruilla cannot take damage, but should a source of damage have a stack (like Organic Deconstruction), Maruilla will carry the stack and can take damage from it)
3rd Skill: Protector: Lizard Lightning / Lizard Storm Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Damage: 70/80/85/90/100 Lizard Lightning AP Bonus Damage: 5/7/9/10/15 per foe's AP amount rounded by tens (An skill that lets Maruilla cast lightning down on bleeding targets. Using their blood as a conductor, it actively seeks open bleeding wounds and damages the victim. Lizard Storm strikes harder, and can inflict *Strike The Soul") SAVIOR: Tornado of Bloodshed / Mach 10 Hurricane Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Damage: 60/70/80/90/130 Bleed Duration: 3//5/7/9/10 (An SAVIOR skill that causes Maruilla to spin at a rapid speed fast enough to inflict Dragged to nearby champions and minions, cutting them apart. While Mach 10 Hurricane is slower, it homes in on an nearby target Champion, causing more bleeding damage.)
- Strike the Soul (An debuff that Maruilla can inflict on foes via Lizard Storm. Should a Champion die while having Strike the Soul, they cannot revive by any means except the revive timer.)
Ultimate: SAVIOR Cost: 100/150/200 (An Ultimate that forces the mental link and will of Mileena herself onto Maruilla. During SAVIOR mode, EXP* is no longer used, but rather Health, and Maruilla's skills change. While SAVIOR is active, said skills no longer have cooldowns.)
- EXecution Points (EXP) (Maruilla doesn't have MP, but EXP - EXcution Points. EXP increases everytime an fellow minion or champion is attacked or killed equal to half of the attacker's damage.)

(Maruilla mixed with Corrupting Potions allow Magic Burn on his foes, allowing an third stack of damage.)

(An Noxan Champion who's found Maruilla to be his equal. Similar to Jinx and VI/Caitlyn's hidden, both Maruilla (Professional Trumped) and Draven (Expert Trumped) have a hidden where gold increases for the one who takes the other out the most)
(An Piltover (although Maruilla says both Demacia and Zaun) Champion who enjoys havoc. For some reason, Fishbones causes an doubled amount of damage to those who are nearby Maruilla, maybe it's a form of respect...)
(An strange mix of the essences of death and an tyrant who doesn't truly kill makes for strange bedfellows, as while Maruilla's Protector Mode doesn't benifit Kinderd in the least, but rather his SAVIOR mode actually benifits as, being near to death as possible, Maruilla's SAVIOR Skills cost are cut in half when near Kinderd.)

(The only Yordle that Maruilla respects. Many of the two's skills gain an increase in power (Frisk and Chara) when they are close, and the Tornado of Bloodshed mixes well with Veigar's Event Horizion, sucking in foes and preventing escape)
(An Zaun Champion who at one point Augmented Maruilla. Maruilla's EXP slowly increases (Augment: Horror) when near Viktor, but gains no EXP (Forgot to Reap) should Viktor be hurt.)
Champions that can wreck Maruilla:
(While Maruilla is a capable mix of fighter and marksman, Alistar can bumrush the Ninja down and stop his Protector Mode via his Ult. To say of his SAVIOR mode however, and Alistar is in a world of hurt.
(One of two Yordles that can gain the upper hand on Maruilla. Cecil can use his turrents and Shock Gernades to keep the Protector at bay, while the UPGRADE! Turrent and Rockets can deal plenty of damage towards SAVIORS, granted should said SAVIOR is unfed.
(While one who respects Maruilla, if Jarvan's skills work for Marksmen, they can work for Protectors...until the SAVIOR triggers.
(An SAVIOR's worse nightmare, as most of Jinx's attacks can keep SAVIORS at bay, and the Super Mega Death Rocket! can outright kill off SAVIORS.)
(While the Blooddashing skill can get Maruilla out of a mess, it can't save him from Kennen's passives. Mixing with Kennen's speed matching Maruilla's own reduced speed, an good Kennen can spell trouble in bold letters.)
(If Maruilla in either mode fears one thing, it's being stunned. Nami is a master of taking advantage, and her skills inflict Can't Swim on Maruilla, stunning him for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds.)
(Fair as friends are, Sona can be an pain in SAVIORS' sides due to most of her skills taking advantage of using SAVIOR's drawbacks.)
(The only one who can defeat an well fed Maruilla easily. Event Horizon and Primordial Burst can stop SAVIORS, and his other skills can interfer with an Protector's mobility and Tarkaran Stance)
