Global Support kit

I would love to see a support that can appear as a ghost anywhere on the map. but unable to use spells. Their Ult would be to physically teleport to their ghost and stun/damage nearby enemies. This will give global sight and global presence. A support for the team that can help carry when used correctly. Other abilities would include a short range dash for repositioning and some sort of heal/shield for their allies. Their passive could allow them to right click allies to give them a portion of their attack for a limited time.
