W - guard of ice Cost 60/80/90/100/110 Range 800 Cryo can make sheild that reflect all enemy's attack and throw to the designation crash to the designation. He can use this when his states is dibuff. E - rage of storm Cost 50/55/60/65/70 Range 1300 Charge to the object of target. when enemy is damaged enemy's state is buff , this enemy is freeze.
R - blizzard crash Cost 150 Range 3000 Around objact drag to the Cryo. and freeze enemy nearby Cryo. when Cryo use this skill he becomes invulnerable and untargetable.

In story, I plan Lux's rival. but I think more time about that.
