New item idea

well,I dont know much about Items,But i believe this will be a useful item for Ap champions.

"Belt of Destruction"Worth from 2700 to 3400 gold,Needs and (if need) It gives:- 1- 50-80 Ability power 2- 40-60 armor 3- 10-20% Cooldown Reduction 4- UNIQUE passive:- Every 4 skills or basic attack will grants a shield that can block 50-360 damage based on level lasts for 1-2 sec (5-15 seconds Cooldown)

Dont look at the name of the item,you will find a better one :P Hope this item idea Attract your attention All Love Riot :D
