New champion concept: Frost

Hey,

I've got a nice idea for a new champion idea! If you have ever seen the flash or another CW superhero serie you might know her as Killer frost. I know I cant copy that character but we can use it as an insperation. Of course her powers will be the cold one's but she will be looking totally different. Her Q will be similar to anivia's E but nerfed. Her W will fire lots of ice like here ( http://prntscr.com/mc3suk ) it will slow them. Her E will be much like miss fortune's E but except it will fall out of the sky the icicles will come out of her mouth ands and fire like ashe's W. It will slow people for 1.5 seconds. Then lets get to her ULT (R) Her Ult, we know anivia's ult is like an ice storm. Well I want that to be similar but except that the storm will come out of her mouth. She will be screaming and the ice will come out everyone in the range of it will get slowed and take as much damage as the ult from anivia.

Q: It's an icicle much similar to anivia's E. Name: Icicle Cooldown: 7 seconds

Damage: Lvl1. 80 damage Lvl2. 90 damage Lvl3. 95 damage Lvl4. 100 damage Lvl5. 105 damage

W: It's called Ice Sheen ( http://prntscr.com/mc3suk ) Cooldown: 10 Seconds

Damage Lvl1. 90 damage (30% slow for 1 second) Lvl2. 95 damage (30% slow for 1.5 seconds) Lvl3. 100 damage (35% slow for 1.8 seconds) Lvl4. 105 damage (35% slow for 2 seconds) Lvl5. 110 damage (40% slow for 2.5 seconds)

E: It's called: Let It Snow. It will be similar to Miss fortune's E but except it will fall out of the sky the icicles will come out of her mouth and fire like ashe's W. Cooldown: 15 seconds

R: It will be called: Avalanche the snow will get out of her mouth and it will be the range of neeko's E but in the vorm of Mordekaisers E but the range must be bigger. Cooldown: 90 seconds
