New Program

Dear Riot Games, I am writing you today, by the suggestion of one of the members of your team (SanguineDogma Player Behavior & Game Agent), to plead a case for a banned account and a new program, not my account but for my Duo Partner(Kiok). I will be using Kiok as a example through out this letter, You guys encourage teamwork, playing fairly, and sportsmanship which leads to my opening case. I'm here to propose a new system you might like. As a honor 5, Platinum 3 rank I feel as though I would qualify as "above average summoner", the new program would be the "Mentor program" for people who have trouble following the set standard you want upheld. Kiok has had some honor issues in the past with being toxic which can help fix this behavior with the help of a "Mentor" instead of Devs and riot getting involved we can let the community help out! We can even add this program to the "Reform Program" riot already has in place which help the famous Tyler1 come back to league. So I can understand an uneasiness to let him have his account back, We can even use a list of summoners who want forgiveness as a test trail to see if the new program would help these players. Now if you guys let one of your best non-toxic player show summoners like Kiok how to be a better summoner in general not just gameplay but how to communicate and how to not tilt. The non-toxic summoner could be a friend on the toxic-summoners friends list. Obviously there is many factors/flaws in my idea but I'm sure they can be buff out. I ask this because I have been playing since 2012/2013, This just won't help toxic players it will also help your community by giving them more of a voice and know that there is forgiveness and a way to get help even let them suggest players who would need "mentoring". If this proposal sounds interesting I would love to hear feedback and questions or concerns from Riot or the community. I love League Of Legends only game I mainly play most of my days, but I love the game evening more when I'm playing with a dear friend. Which I'm sure you guys and gals love playing with your friends too. You summoners probably get a lot of emails like these asking for unbans, refunds, etc, but I'm hoping to start something new in league the "Mentor Program" so some summoners don't have to go away forever or start all over that they deserve a second chance. So on behalf of your community would you think about my proposal, and for me unban Kiok, so we can try out the "Mentor Program" also for my to enjoy the game even more then I already do.
