A random skin Idea for Twisted Fate

So I didn't know if there was a specific way to submit a skin idea (if there is any please enlighten me) but me and a friend were tossing around the idea of either a legendary or maybe even ultimate skin for TF. The concept is based entirely around tarot cards, and Fate being a form of gypsy. The skin itself we kinda pitched ideas in the form of previous ultimate skins with changing models. So at the start hes only in rags and uses very basic common cards like the hermit or the hanged man, but as the game progresses he will pull a "Random" card from the deck which changes his appearance. Lets say you hit level 6 and decide to pull the devil from the deck, TF would change from fashionable rags to a nicely tailored black suit and begins to pull more of the darker cards from the deck for his abilities like the devil, death, or the tower, etc.
That brings me to the abilities effects, (i'm primarily going to talk about the ult cause there's so many cool ideas that work for it) each ability uses the set of cards based on what form you're in. So if you're in dark dealer mode your stun card would prob be death, red being the devil etc. Or maybe a royal mode where you primarily use the staves/wand cards. The one we put the most thought into was the ult though, we tossed around ideas of maybe depending on if its an enemy tf or friendly the ult animation would be different (talking about the circle he ports to) So if its a friend it would be the sun for a symbol of hope, the moon, or the stars. Another thought is that once you get the third rank of your ult it changes to the world card since TF already travels it with his ult anyway.
And that's the start of the idea we had, I know its not entirely flushed out but I think the idea could work really well if it was made. It also gives a nice little bridge into possible categories for other skins in this kind of aspect. So what do you people of the board think?
