We should be able to buy skin shards

I think purchasing skins in League of Legends would be far more convenient if players were able to purchase skin shards with a small amount of RP, and then unlock the permanent skins with Orange Essence. I'm sure there are a lot of players who are short on extra money, like myself, that would enjoy a new skin they've wanted for a while.
