Train Conductor Ornn

I just want to slam trains at people, get Thomas The Tank engine music if you can get the license too. I mean seriously it makes so much sense. This also brings up a bigger problem of Riot Games making skins specifically to gain profit. For example, Kai'sa who has been out less then Ornn already has a bunch of skins, including a prestige one. It seems "attractive champions" seem to get skins more frequently.
