Katarina mini-rework idea

Just to make it clear, the ult is fully rework and it doesn't have the bladeflurry in this version. Also maybe the E cast time should stay, and the the R delay makes it you can R then E, and the daguers will be thrown in the new location. So for the context, if you take a look in the kat mains subreddit, you will see how much players want the old kat speed back, and a lot of people are asking for reverts, but i don't think it's a good idea to scrap the dagger concept. (sorry i wrote daguer in the image haha)
