[Champion Concept] Ysra, the Ice Stalker

They are a Freljord Assassin. After realizing that Freljord didn't have any assassins yet I decided maybe I could think one up! Took some inspiration from the stacking mechanics on the other Freljord champs like Sej and Braum. I wanted to make her with the jungle
##LORE Haven't really come up with a cohesive lore yet. Initial thoughts are that she is part of Sejuani's clan. Born a little while after Sej and took inspiration from her hardiness, works to become as ferocious as Sej.
##LOOKS She dual wields ice pick weapons. Similar armor to Sejuani since they are from the same tribe, however, she wears more leather because she wants to be more mobile. Lots of furs and leather.

##ABILITIES ##[Passive] -- Chilling Death Ysra’s abilities apply a stack of Chilling Death to her enemies, capping at 5 stacks. For each stack of Chilling Death, the unit is slowed by 5%. The stacks last for 4 seconds and are the timer is refreshed by autos from Ysra.
##[Q] -- Winter's Advance Yrsa dashes to the targeted location, or until hitting an enemy champion or epic monster. She will slice each enemy unit she hits and applies a stack of Chilling Death, if she hits an enemy champion or epic monster she will apply an additional stack of Chilling Death. Damage: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 (+ 100% bonus AD) Range: 450 | Cost: 50 | Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 seconds
##[W] -- Savage Swing Ysra savagely swings both her hatchets, dealing damage and applying a stack of Chilling Death on each swing. Each swing is a 60° cone, with a 20° overlap. Swing Damage: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 (+50% bonus AD) Range: 300 | Cost: 40 | Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds
##[E] -- Frost’s Bite Yrsa removes all of the stacks of Chilling Death from her target. A slow double that of her passive is applied to the target for .5 seconds. For each stack of Chilling Death removed, the damage is increased by 10% + 1% per 100 bonus AD. Damage: 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 Cost: 80 | Cooldown: 12 seconds
##[R] -- Winter’s Fury
Damage: X Cost: X | Cooldown: X
Changes: Made the W much more interesting, instead of a single target strike it's now more of an aoe. Decided to change the ult, as was pointed out to me it was basically a big Q. Not entirely sure what I want it to end up as, but any ideas are welcome.
