Lore

Subject 49 is holding on by strands of life. I've been genetically engineering it to bend to my will. It's not working. It's only killing the beast. I don't know what I'll have to do if I kill this thing. I found it dying next to a puddle of its own blood. It must have been fighting another monster. It'll take longer to finish, but I'll have to rehabilitate it. Once it's stronger, Ill continue on my work. I'm planning for it to blend in with its surroundings, and allow it to walk upright, like humans. I believe that this thing could do that. Yes. It looks like a rhinosaurus, so I could enhance its defensive capabilities of its skin and strength its bone structure. But if I can't make this thing follow my commands, I don't know whether this thing will use its newfound power against me, its creator. I might need some help on this. I might need someone else from Zaun. I need to remember one thing though, I can't let him take this thing as his creation.

Yes. VIktor and I worked together, though hesitantly, and adapted the beast. It could destroy an entire army, and not receive a scratch. Steel armor, a gift from Viktor. It now doesn't just blend in, but it can cloak. Though it shimmers along the sides, we were able to tone it down quite a bit, for espionage missions. And the best part. We control it. An unstoppable beast that is bent to our will, but Viktor wants most of the credit. He even wants to name it. Ikor. Just add a V and T and it's Viktor. Sometimes I despise him. I suppose I could give him some, since he was the one who allowed us to control the beast. I'll make it 50/50. Why not? First mission, to steal crates of Viktor's precious metal mechanisms. Yes...

Kit

Passive - Steel Scales: Every 8 seconds or every ability use, Ikor gains a stack of Scales. Any debuffs or crowd control effects are negated if a stack of Scales is up. One stack is expended per debuff or crowd control. Up to 5 stacks of Scales can be active at a time.

Q - Rampage: Ikor becomes enraged, charging toward a target location, knocking all enemies up, dealing 70/80/90/100/110 (+40% physical damage) damage. Enemies along the way are damaged for half the total amount. For 1 second afterward, Ikor can unleash a roar, knocking all enemies back to the location Rampage was used.

No Cost 11/10/9/8/7 second cooldown Type: AoE Skillshot

W - Silent Shield: Ikor becomes invisible for 2.5 seconds, gaining a shield with 80/95/110/125/140 (+10% max health) hitpoints, lasting 5 seconds. This shield is reset whenever Ikor uses an ability.

No Cost 15/14/13/12/11 second cooldown Type: Self

E - Bowl-Der: Ikor takes a chunk of rock off a piece of terrain, slowing her movement speed by 20/15/10/5/0% while holding the rock. Reactivating this ability rolls the rock in the drection Ikor is facing, dealing 90/110/130/150/170 (+30% physical damage) damage and slowing enemies hit by 20/25/30/35/40% for 3 seconds.

No cost 19/18/17/16/15 second cooldown Type: Held (Channeled) Skillshot

R - Primal Surge: Ikor roars, taunting all nearby enemies for 5 seconds, while gaining greater maximum health the more damage she takes, and increases her size. She is not damaged during this by the enemies she taunts, but enemies she did not taunt can damage her. At the end of the 5 seconds, she roars again, dealing 100/200/300 (+20% maximum health) damage, and gains 100% increased movement while moving toward champions.
