Ip ideas

Well I had an idea since my parents have 100k plus in ip and since I don't always have a way to play unless it's at their house; why not have a way to gift ip. Like spend 5 or 10 usd and be able to gift a certain amount of ip to the less fortunate. Just a thought. :)
