Skin return/disenchant

Would it be a great idea if we can disenchant existing skins into essences in loot system? I have bought some skins years ago and are no longer my interest. Rather than sit it in my inventory, I was hoping to "sell" them at a discounted price or to some craft material just like other ARPG games.
