Hamelia, the roses vengeful (champion concept)
Hey everyone !!! First of all, I have to warn you, I'm french so, if you think that my English is really bad, I'm really sorry :x The story of this champ may be traduce one day ( I think xD)

Passive : Bloom
**description : **Every 60s or when Hamelia die, a part of her soul go toward the nearliest ally (in the form of a rose) and give him a shield that take 20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100/110/120/130/140/150/160/170/180/190/200 + (25%AP) during 1.5s and heal him by 10/12/14/16/18/20/22/24/26/28/30/32/34/36/38/40/42/44/46 + (5%AP) per second for 5s. If there is nobody near Hamelia during her death,the rose will stand on the ground and can be use. If there is nobody near Hamelia when she is alive, she will have 5s to approach an ally or the rose will affect herself.
Cooldown : 60s Range : 500 (Like the autos) During of the rose when it is on the ground : 30s
**Q : Strangling Roses **
Hamelia throw a seed dealing 30/50/70/90/110 + (55%AP) magic dmgs. The seed will bloom into a rose which create thorns around it.These thorns will propagate into a little area (in the area, enemies are slowed by 15/20/25/30/35%). If someone is reached by the thorns, he will be roots during 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2s.
Cooldown : 14/13/12/11/10s Mana Cost : 60/70/80/90/100 range: 600 during of the propagation : 2s
W : Burgeon Canon
Hamelia give a little flying burgeon to an ally (or herself) . At each autos or single target spells, the little plant will throw some little seed-bullets dealing 15/25/35/45/55 + (25%AP) magic damages and heal the user by 5/10/15/20/25 + (10%AP). The flying burgeon disappears at 6s or at the 4th using.

**E : Thorn filet **
Hamelia use her power to create a plant which throw a thorn filet attached to a liana dealing 50/60/70/80/90 + (60%AP) + 2/3/4/5/6% max health of the target (physical dmg). (This spell is used like the Viktor laser (E) )
Cooldown : 18/17/16/15/14s Mana Cost : 60/70/80/90/100 Range : 800 Range of the thorn filet : 400

Hamelia create an area full of rose's petals which are floating in the wind, they create a ''wall'' around it.

Effects on an enemy champion : stay in the area deals 10/15/20 +(10%AP) magic dmgs every 0.5s, if someone go through the petals wall, he will be slow by 30/40/50% for 1.5s.

Effects on an ally : buff his movement speed by 15/25/35%. And also power up his attack speed by 10 / 15 / 20% for each enemy champions in the area. At the end of the 5s, the petals will protect the ally champion and Hamelia with a shield of 50/100/150+(30%AP).
