Noire Detective Lucian (Skin Idea)
A counter to the Mafia skins of the criminal Marksmen (MF, Graves, Jinx), Lucian as a dark, brooding noire detective for hire would be really cool.

I can see the splash, like his detective coat slowing and hes holding onto his hat with one hand while pointing the other to the viewer or something.
