#Suh'an The Child of Wealth

###Background
Suh'an (SOO-on) comes from the Vastayan tribe of Anohra, a race of amphibious people well-known for their wealth. Hearing about WuKong's success, he sought Master Yi and begged for his training, offering gold and riches. Master Yi refused, stating that gold could not buy skill, wisdom, or heart. Spurned, embarrassed, Suh'an left intent on proving Master Yi wrong, relying on his endless wealth to win by any means necessary.

###Abilities
At level 1, Suh'an has immediate access to his Q, W, E, and R. They are all a 1,000 range skill shot that cost gold to use. If the Q hits a unit, all gold is refunded. W, E, and R refund 50% gold if a minion or monster is hit, 100% gold if a champion is hit. All deal True Damage.

Q: Throw Money at It - Gold Cost: 10g. Damage: 50. Cooldown: 1s
W: Throw Money at It - Gold Cost: 20g. Damage: 100. Cooldown: 4s
E: Throw Money at It - Gold Cost: 50g. Damage: 250. Cooldown: 10s
R: Throw Money at It - Gold Cost: 100g. Damage: 500. Cooldown: 30s

As Suh'an levels up, each ability upgrades into the following:

Q - Dance For Me
Effect Radius: 1000 - Mana Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 - Cooldown: 20/18/16/14 - Gold Awarded: 10/15/20 - Length: 5/7/9 seconds
Suh'an encourages his teammates to act by granting them gold for each cast ability that lands on an enemy champion for a short period.

W - Road to Success
Target Range: Global - Mana Cost: 100/80 - Ally Speed Increase: 500/1000/1500 - Cooldown: 50/40/30 - Shield: 50/150/250 (+100% AP) - Damage: 25/75/125 (+75% AP) - Effect Radius: 400
Suh'an requests help from the nearest ally by paving a path of gold between himself and his target. The ally receives bonus movement speed, and Suh'an receives a shield while waiting for his ally. If the ally steps off the path, it disappears and Suh'ans shield explodes in a fit of rage, dealing spell damage in a small AOE. The ally that would be targeted will have a gold border on the mini map.

E - The Right Price
Target Range: 500 - Mana Cost: 100 - Cooldown: 8 - Gold Cost: 50/100/200 (depends on target, unchanging)
Suh'an can convince minions and monsters to fight for him (for the right price). Minions and small monsters have 1/2 max health, large monsters and dragons have 1/4 max health, Elder Dragon, Rift Herald, and Baron have 1/8 max health. Any minion or monster hired remains active until killed, and retains all abilities. No buffs or other rewards are given for killing them. Enemies that kill a hired monster or minion get 3/4 usual gold reward. Owned units can be controlled by alt-clicking, and are not required to stay near Suh'an. (Each level unlocks a higher hire level. Minion/Small Monsters - Super Minions/Large Monsters - Dragons - Rift Herald - Elder/Baron)

R - Another Day
Mana Cost: 150 - Cooldown: 200/150 - Effect Radius: 500 - Damage: 100/200 (+50% AP)
Suh'an throws a fit and runs home. A small void is created where he was, pulling any units nearby toward his location. He has a 1 second travel to base, with no channel time. (Suh'an can die from poison, ignite, etc. during the travel to base.)

###Passives

Imitation
Suh'an attempts to make new friends by imitating the things they do. If an opponent uses a summoner spell near him, Suh'an will do the same. If an opponent targets Suh'an with a spell (exhaust, smite, ignite), Suh'an will apply the same effect to the champion that targeted him. Non-targeted spells (cleanse, clarity, barrier, ghost, heal) will also be duplicated, giving Suh'an the appropriate buff. When an opponent uses Flash, Suh'an will also flash in the exact same direction. Targeted spells that do not target Suh'an (Smiting a monster, teleport, exhausting or igniting someone else) will not be duplicated.

Interest
Suh'an gains an additional 1/2/3/4% of his current gold amount every 10 seconds.

###Summary

Suh'an is a utility champion best suited for Jungle or Support. He requires careful money and map management. He will not be strong in 1v1 matchups, but can provide a lot of value to a team through lane control, vision, and income. In his early game, he will focus on building his ADC's income as a Support, or will go right into ganking as a Jungler. Mid game he should be utilizing The Right Price to patrol the map, maintaining vision, or keeping objective and lane pressure up with his Road to Success. In either position, he has a relatively cheap full build, so his late game should see the creation of decently-sized armies to split push, or give just a little more assistance on objectives.
His Imitation passive can be a blessing or a curse, as a crafty opponent may cause Suh'an to flash into turret range, or out of a fight.

###Random Notes from while I was working on him:

Inspiration came from Sudhanakumara (Child of Wealth, Red Boy, former sworn brother of Wukong); Chan Chu (three-legged money frog, chinese symbol of prosperity); Lonely Rich Kid tropes; Rabid Llama (Bard - greatest champion ever!); Griftrix; and whales in Freemium games.

Suh'an looks like a Xin Zhao/Gromp lovechild (WuKong-esque). His walk is a mix between Jhin's swagger and Amumu's shuffle. Voice is whiny and self-centered, clothes are gaudy. Build is kind of Samwise Gamgee-ish.

Throw Money At It visual effect: Wind up and throw sack of coins like a baseball. Except, like a chess player trying to pitch a football.

Dance For Me visual effect: Tossing gold into the air, maybe a shimmer around affected allies.

Road to Success visual effect: Maybe a cross between Kled and Warwick paths, gold road on ground level.

The Right Price visual effect: Throwing a gold piece at the unit, a la frisbee.

Another Day visual effect: Suh'an stomps and shouts "UGH", then drops into the ground a la Zoe, sans portal.

Potential Support Build Remnant of the Ascended, Redemption, Twin Shadows Boots of Swiftness suggested, but depends on matchup. Defensive Options - Mikael's Crucible, ZZ'Rot Portal, Righteous Glory Offensive Options - Rod of Ages, Shurelya's Reverie, Ardent Censer

Potential Jungle Build Runic Echoes, Shurelya's Reverie, Mikael's Crucible Boots of Swiftness suggested, but depends on matchup. Righteous Glory, Luden's Echo?

Add shield to ally on Road to Success? Add AA proc on Dance For Me, but lower gold given?
