So my point is, Illoai could get a silly skin when she flail around these dudes instead of tentacles.

Passive: The tentacles are the Wacky waving inflatable arm flaling tube men Q- Smash down one of this wacky dude. W- Some silly effects on it E- Silly effect R- I guess kinda like a surprise party effect.

As far as she looks, i have no idea, but i guess it needs to be kinda stupid looking. Liek suprise party amumu and fiddle.
