Kuru The Vanguard

STORY Born before the Ionian Conflict in the border villages of Noxus Kuru quickly showed mastery over weapons far faster then anyone had expected, and was drafted into the Military at the age of 11 as a prodegy in combat. Soon it was found that the academy Kuru was sent to train in had an in-flux of red paint on the walls, floors, ceilings, and a severe lack of breathing Noxians. While no living witness survived, it was belived the Quicksilver Eiobe was involved in the escape as he was seen in the area a week before the massacre. Shortly after the Noxian occupation of Ionia ended Kuru resurfaced suddenly when An armored soilder claiming to be apart of the Vanguard forces in the Noxian millitary sighned into a battle to the death with one of the Rising star Gladiators in the arena. The battle was the shortest spectacle in Noxian history lasting less then a quarter of a minute. Kuru title as a Vanguard became far more then a one time event as she became a mercenary she became known for some of the most direct and brutal single assults Runeterra has seen for centuries as it became synonomus with her signature one-handed axe

ABILITIES
Passive ability Stamina Kuru Uses Stamina to fuel her abillities Stamina is 100+ 35% Kuru's maximum HP Stamina Cant regenerate in combat, but Kuru's will generate 10% of her stamina every half second outside of combat.
Q Ability Evicerate/neck stab Kuru Cuts open her opponets abdomen with a vicious slash continuing Inflicting Grievious wounds for 3/4/5 seconds and dealing 100/125/140 + 40/60% of Kuru's AD Evicerate has a 2 second cooldown shared but different with Neckstab, Each Evicerate on the same target deals 25% less damage then the last maxing at 45% less damage
When using Evicerate/Neck Stab against an enemy who is looking away from Kuru she will use the back spike on her axe to stab them in the neck dealing 13/16/19/21/24% of the targets maximum HP.
W Ability Change Stance Kuru changes how she holds her axe First Cast, Kuru now holds her hand to the blade Dealing Half of her Base damage giving her 25/45/65/85/ max attack speed at level 3 This stance gives 15% projectile resistance when facing enemy champions, this effect stacks while in this stance Kuru Cant harm enemy champions with 170+ AR Second Cast Kuru now holds the bottom of the axe handle and puts more force with each strike halving her current attack speed and giving her /10/20/30/40%/ Double attack damage and ignoring 35% of her targets armor, and dealing 3% of their maximum HP with each strike Third cast Kuru holds her axe like normal Kuru will start in this stance If W is leveled When holding her axe normally she will gain 35 movement CD is a static .6 seconds
E Ability Axe to the Moose Knuckle Kuru hits an enemy champion in the... Ya know dealing her basic Attack damage and if the target is Male stun them for 1.5/2.5 seconds At lvl 3 Axe to the Moose Knuckle now effects Female champions stunning them for 1.5/2.5 seconds At lvl 4 and 5 Axe to the Moose Knuckle now scale 25/45% with Kuru's AD Axe to the Moose Knuckle will not stun Genderless Charcters but will instead deal double damage to them CD is 6 seconds
Ultimate Ability Axe Crazy
Kuru Goes Crazy and becomes a whirl of blades Causing her to Auto attack ALL nearby enemies even if she is attacking something else or not facing them Procing all on hit effects she has and can attack her normal auto attack target. At level 2 Kuru will now get a 4% movement bonus whenever she takes damage that stacks infinitly at level 3 Axe Crazy cooldown is halved Base CD is 170 seconds Kuru will no longer speak whilst axe crazy is active Axe crazy lasts 2/4/5 seconds
Appearance Kuru wears a mixture of hardened Leather and Multi-layered Cloth. With her Joints, neck and head covered in a red dyed cloth whilst allowing her face to be viewed. Her Chest abdomen arms and legs are covered in a thick layer of Leather, With leather Gloves and Boots. what few details can be seen of her face before she chops you into bits, she clearly has blackish hair and hazel eyes.
