LoL Champ Select App!

Well, my concept is this one: You can Q from your pc and the system is linked to the app, and you can do other stuff whilst qing and it rings when a group was found. You can choose your champ and ban from there and then comeback during load screen.

Idk if it was already proposed or if League Chat can do that I don't think so.
