Dark Star Champion

Hey all, I had an idea about the next champion to be released and I wanted to know your thoughts. With the release of a little while ago and he not having any enemies, what if we made a champ that was instead of the essence of a star, a rival being the essence of a black hole. He could be similar (like kha' zix and rengar) but be mirrored in a few aspects, like an ult that instead of pushing enemies away, draws them in and roots/stuns them. And maybe a passive which causes enemies within a black circle surrounding him to take increased magic damage from allies. And his W could work of that, expanding the range and dealing damage over time to anyone inside it. As for a name maybe something Latin like Aetherus Malificus (evil heavens), or something simpler like Acerbus, literally meaning "dark". Well I'd like to know what you all think and if you have any ideas for abilities or a name you can leave a comment with your idea.
