PROGRAM: Trundle

Trundle is a champ relevant to the current meta who does not have many cool skins -- in fact, most are downright ugly. I think he'd make for a perfect PROGRAM skin. After all, the internet has trolls, and his abilities fit the theme of the skin line flawlessly: AoE, terrain-based effects that hinder enemies and assist allies! Someone, please, make this happen!
