Udyr update thought on passive

To start off I beleive Udyr is a great champion overall. In my opinion though, his passive is a tad out of date or could use some rework into how he uses his abilities. For instance he gains 5% attack speed and movement speed stacking up to 3 times, whenever he uses an ability. What if his passive some how (only at rank 3 passive buff) gave each of his skills a unique skill boost that had a definite cool down of course. Tiger: increase damage of dot Turtle: increase tenacity or M Def & P Def Bear: lunge at target within 150-300 range and maybe a half second slow maybe Bird: Increases damage/ range of ability aoe

This is just a thought from an udyr main, would love to hear comments or suggestions.
