Pry would be an AP support champions who's main focus is to keep enemies close and not allow them to escape.

Passive: Strings Every time Pry lands and ability a string is applied to the target, the string will break after 6 seconds or if the enemy champ gets to far away. This passive will also cause champions effected by strings to move 10% slower when Pry walks towards them also causing Pry to move 10% faster.

Q: Puppet archer Pry tells his puppet to fire a needle that pierces through three minions and stops on the first champion hit dealing 35/55/75/95/105 (+20%AP). Pry's passive will be applied to the champ and Pry can reactivate the ability to deal another 35/55/75/95/105 (+20%AP) and slowing the target by 35%.

W: Puppet shield Pry commands his puppet to protect either himself or an allied champion. While attached to someone the next three abilities and Auto Attacks will deal 50% less damage. After the three attacks the puppet will return to Pry.

E: Puppet's Rage Passive: When the puppet is attached to an Ally or Pry the puppet will join in on 1/2/3/4/5 Auto attacks dealing 20/25/30/35/40 (+ 10% Pry's AP) depending on the level of the skill. Active: when Pry actives the ability the Puppet will do one of two things, If attached to Pry and the ability is used the puppet will shoot out and explode in a burst of string dealing 100/110/120/130/140 (+ 40% AP) applying Strings to all enemies hit, the puppet will then stay in the place Pry shot it to for 3 seconds or until Pry picks it up. If the Ability is used when the puppet is attached to an ally the the puppet will do the same thing but it will stat connected to the ally, it will no shoot out.

R: Draw Curtain Pry grabs all the Strings that he has attached to enemy champions and pulls them back to him this ultimate has three effects depending on where the champions hit when being dragged back.

  1. If the champion gets pulled back and hits Pry when used they are dealt 175/225/275 (+30% AP) and are knocked back a little bit.
  2. If the champion gets pulled into the puppet either when it is guarding a ally or sitting on the ground for Puppet's Rage the puppet will spin dealing 125/200/275 (+30% AP) and knocking back all champions hit by a large amount.
  3. If the champion gets pulled in to any kind of terrain the champion will be stunned for 1.5 seconds and dealt 150/250/350 (+30% AP).

This is just an idea i had for a champion i don't have lore of any other types of scaling because I am not good at that, but this is just a general idea for a champ. Hope anyone that reads it enjoyed and don't be afraid to criticize it if you think it is bad or needs tweaking. Thanks for reading.

I like the idea for this champion, and also really like the thought of voodoo/puppetry being put into a character, although his E and R seem a bit convoluted due to all the conditionals. Namely, his E seems like - on his own person, it would be a projected explosion (range circle and explosion circle markers being used, area target), but it would be difficult to manage the on-ally effect due to the conditions causing it to simply explode on the ally and everything near it. In that same respect, though, the conditionals might be warranted a little on his W, such as "protects allies/(slows/weakens) enemies". His ultimate seems a little odd on the second condition due to the short timeframe he'd have to pull enemies towards his puppet, and the third condition's secondary burst of damage might need a little bit of a pull-back in late-game damage. For the last critique, I'd suggest indicating a cap on his Strings, such as 4 for a champion, 6 for minions (although the actual proposed cap could vary greatly, 40% slow seems more than sufficient on enemy champions.) Besides that all, I really like the concept! I'd also like to propose possible alternate names for his Q and W - (Q - Dark Needle, W - Forebode). I hope you can pardon the subjectiveness of my criticism! "^_^
